BEFORE ORDERING
There are 2 types of the same Sash Controls handles. You must purchase the correct one.
Look at the interior handle on the door. Look at the 2 attaching screws and your thumblatch will be between them. If the thumblact is closer to one of the screws you have what they call an OFFSET handle and all of the moldel numbers will start with 13-245.
If the thumblatch is dead center of the 2 attaching screws you have a CENTER latch handle. All the model numbers will start with 13-291.
