Thanks for the great customer service support, order process, order tracking, timely delivery. The zinc replacement handles are an exact fit / appearance replacement for the factory plastic handles. What an improvement. The will be embrittled due to UV degradation again! They don't flex on your fingertips as the old plastic version did either. A beautiful upgrade! NOTE: The only thing that could be improved: off them in a desert tan or putty color similar to office furniture. They would then match the color of the Aluminum Building Products Company window exactly. I will be ordering more handles to match the other windows in my home. Thanks again!

I recently ordered a trial quantity of the 50-404-1 Sash Handle/Lift which is a metal version of the original Reyolds Aluminum Building Products Co. plastic handle. The plastic originals may not have had UV degradation prevention additives in the plastic polymer resin from which they were moulded. The plastic handles separated from the sash with the screws left in the sash…some handles snapped off clean. The new metal version is an exact replacement dimensionally and offer a superior long lasting alternative to plastic! Excellent overall product that receives my highest rating. Customer service extremely helpful in confirming dimensions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly to work with. I plan to order more 50-404-1's for the rest of my home, 17 window's worth, 4 per window!
